Important Guidelines to Read Before Submitting a Request for Assistance

We are honored to serve families in need during the holiday season. To ensure we can assist as many families as possible in a fair and organized manner, please carefully review the following guidelines before submitting your Request For Assistance:

Eligibility

Assistance is currently available to families living in specific areas.

🎁 Verify a ZIP Code

One Request Per Household

Please submit only one request per household. Duplicate submissions may delay or disqualify your request.

Application Process

Confirmation Email: After submitting your application, you will receive an email confirming that your request has been received.
Approval Notification: You will receive an email within two weeks informing you if your request has been approved or denied.
⚠️ Do not assume your application is approved until you receive an official notification from your assigned coordinator.

Submission Deadline

All requests must be submitted by November 30.
⛔ Late submissions WILL NOT be accepted due to limited resources and planning time.

Accuracy Is Important

Please make sure all information is accurate and complete, including:

Correct contact information
Full names and ages of children
Clothing sizes and any special requests

Honesty & Integrity

We depend on the honesty of applicants to serve families who truly need help.
Please only request assistance if you are not receiving Christmas help from other organizations (such as Toys for Tots, Salvation Army, etc.).
📌 If your family is receiving help elsewhere, your application will not be approved.
We trust that all information submitted is truthful.

Staying Informed

Follow Up: If you do not hear from your assigned sponsor within two weeks of approval, contact your TCP Community Coordinator.
Update Contact Info: If your address, phone number, or email changes at any point, please notify your TCP Coordinator immediately so we can stay in touch.
