Terry Graham Administrator
Welcome ! I became the
new administrator for The Christmas Projects in January 2025 and am excited to continue this awesome program for our community. I started sponsoring families several years ago and found it to be a very rewarding experience. We are now a Non Profit 501(c)(3) Public Charity and have some exciting things ahead. My mission in life has been to help others so assuming this role was an easy decision for me. I have lived in Franklin County for 42 years with my Husband Bill and our 4 children. We now have 4 awesome grandsons who are the light of our lives. Please follow our mission and support our team of hard working, kind hearted volunteers !
Together We Can Do More!

Brittany Smeak Family Match Coordinator
Hi, I’m Brittany! I’m married to my husband, Andy, and we have a fur baby named Bear. I work in healthcare and have always had a heart for helping others. Giving back to my community is something I truly enjoy, and having the opportunity to be a sponsor and help families in need has been incredibly rewarding. Knowing that every child deserves to experience the joy of opening a gift on Christmas morning is what makes this mission so special to me. I’m proud to be a Family Match Coordinator for The Christmas Projects, an amazing organization that started right here locally and continues to grow while making a meaningful difference in our community. I’m grateful to be part of something that brings hope, joy, and a little extra Christmas magic to families who need it most!

Tori Jarrett Family Match Coordinator
Hi, my name is Tori! As a mama to a sweet 8-year-old boy and an energetic 4-year-old girl, and married to my supportive husband of 13 years...family is at the heart of everything I do. My journey with The Christmas Projects began years ago as a sponsor, shopping for local children each holiday season. Stepping behind the scenes as a Family Match Coordinator has given me an even deeper appreciation for the heart and dedication poured into this mission. For me, Jesus is the true reason for the season, and sharing His love by bringing joy and bright smiles to local children on Christmas morning is the greatest blessing. I am so grateful to be part of such a beautiful organization making a real difference right here at home.

Shawna Downey Volunteer Coordinator
My husband and I moved from New Jersey in 2021 and now live in Chambersburg with our 3 young sons. When I was a young girl, one of my best memories was when I went with my grandparents to pick an angel off the tree so we could help a family in need. I loved helping people back then and still do which is why I chose to work with The Christmas Projects. I used to be in the healthcare field and am now a stay at home mom and a small business owner which gives me the flexibility to continue building memories
by giving back to others who
need help.

Liz Summers Donation Coordinator
I’m a wife and stay-at-home mom who is passionate about finding ways to give back to my community. After leaving my corporate career to be home with my children, I was given the opportunity to help others during my favorite time of year—and it felt like a win all around! Being involved in my community has given me the chance to make a difference while also teaching my children the importance of kindness, selflessness, humility, and looking out for others. I believe everyone needs a little help sometimes, and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that. If we can lift each other up and make someone’s day a little brighter, why wouldn’t we?

Denise Angle Shopper Coordinator
The Christmas Projects is very close to my heart. When I was a child, my family were recipients from The Toy Mission. Coming from a family of nine children, there were many times we struggled with having the basics, let alone having much left for Christmas. When The Toy Mission came through for us, our Christmas was magical. The Toy Mission is no longer in operation, but The Christmas Project is! I became a part of The Christmas Projects to give back to the community and help other families have a magical Christmas! 🎄🎁
